Administrative Assistant

Lyneer Staffing Solutions seeks a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our client’s logistics team in Forest Park, GA. This role is designed for a motivated individual looking for a temporary to permanent opportunity within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with inquiries
- Follow up with customers via phone.
- Accurately enter customer orders and updates into the database
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies regarding confidentiality
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish
- Attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic office software and systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to follow procedures and protocols.
Pay Rate/Shifts:
- $18.00 /hr
- Monday to Friday
- **Part-time to start**
- 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
