Administrative Assistant

Lyneer Staffing Solutions seeks a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our client’s logistics team in Forest Park, GA. This role is designed for a motivated individual looking for a temporary to permanent opportunity within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with inquiries
  • Follow up with customers via phone.
  • Accurately enter customer orders and updates into the database
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies regarding confidentiality

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable using basic office software and systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to follow procedures and protocols.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

  • $18.00 /hr
  • Monday to Friday
  • **Part-time to start**
  • 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
