In this role you will be responsible for restaurant operations and management of staff, controllable profit plan achievement, guest count growth, and sales building activities. This person is expected to lead, motivate, and mentor others in the restaurant while making a direct impact on the business. This role is paying $60,000 to $70,000&#x2F;Year.Your Day:<ul><li>Coordinate and optimize front and back of house restaurant operations </li><li>Control operational costs and promote efficiency </li><li>Generate weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting </li><li>Perform general administration </li><li>Troubleshoot day-to-day restaurant issues </li></ul>About You:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality, QSR or retail management </li><li>Operations and&#x2F;or leadership experience strongly preferred </li><li>Ability to prepare and interpret financial and operational reports </li><li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings and additional shifts as needed </li><li>Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills </li></ul>Payrate&#x2F;Shift:<ul><li>10 hour shift + OT (MUST be flexible) </li><li>$60,000 to $70,000&#x2F;Year </li></ul>
