Administrative Assistant

Our client, a prominent manufacturer based in Oxnard, CA, is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Support basic recruitment tasks and onboarding activities
- Handle employee inquiries and redirect as appropriate
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Occasionally assist with sorting and organizing HR inventory
- Light physical duties, such as lifting up to 10 lbs, as needed
- Ensure smooth office operations by supporting team needs
Qualifications:
- Previous HR experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Comfortable using office phone systems and standard office equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles (e.g., medical receptionist) is a plus
- Proficiency in office management practices and ability to multi-task effectively
Pay and Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- $25.00
