Warehouse Lead

Our client, a small manufacturing business in Canoga Park, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing team to meet production and quality standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations. You will provide leadership, guidance, and training to staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in packaging flower, producing edibles, and manufacturing health and wellness products, ensuring accurate reporting on final outputs.
  
• Enforce adherence to Quality, Safety, and Compliance standards.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Supervisor to drive production and maintain quality standards.
  
• Train new team members on best practices and techniques.
  
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for trimming processes.
  
• Lead by example to set the team up for success.
  
• Execute the weekly production schedule and address any roadblocks proactively.
  
• Complete daily reports on team productivity.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools.
  
• Conduct physical inventory counts.
  
• Create labels for final packaging.
  

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
  
• Ability to pass a background check.
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively or independently as needed.
  
• High school diploma or GED required.
  
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working well with all staff members and supervisors.
  
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
  

Pay and Shift:

• Monday - Friday
  
• Hourly Rate: $22.00
