Do you love helping people and have experience as a staffing Coordinator? If so, then this is the job for you! We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Millville, NJ. In this role, you will be assisting employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures among other duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles employment application intake
  • Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
  • Review and track performance evaluations
  • Assist with benefits administration & compliance related matters
  • Maintain daily staffing reports and providing updates to management
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Updating & Maintaining job postings on recruiting platforms/advertisement processes
  • Phone screen candidates and select qualified candidates
  • Scheduling interview appointments between the qualified candidates and the hiring manager
  • Backup as intake for WC injuries

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
  • Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar position
  • Excellent Writing Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word

Pay and Shift:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with exception of Wednesday 11:30 AM to 8:00PM
  • $21.00
