This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee daily workforce operations, support recruiting efforts, and maintain client satisfaction at the worksite.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily check-ins with associates and supervisors to ensure smooth operations </li><li>Monitor and complete daily and weekly reporting </li><li>Process payroll accurately and on time </li><li>Coordinate and participate in recruiting efforts, including job fairs </li><li>Oversee onboarding and check-in processes for new hires </li><li>Maintain a strong presence onsite and support weekend&#x2F;OT needs as required </li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish </li><li>Proficient with computers and reporting systems </li><li>Previous experience in onsite staffing or recruiting preferred </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills </li><li>Able to work weekends and overtime when needed </li></ul>Pay &amp; Schedule:<ul><li>Pay rate: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour </li><li>Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM </li><li>Must be available for weekends and overtime as needed </li></ul>
