Our client, a well-established food company in Vernon, CA, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Handle email correspondence promptly and efficiently
  • Process and print invoices accurately
  • Enter customer data into the system in a timely manner
  • Provide clear and effective communication to resolve customer issues or concerns
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Required Experience & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Previous experience in sales or client services is a plus
  • Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation
  • Ability to analyze customer information to provide tailored solutions

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
