Our client, a well-established food company in Vernon, CA, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle email correspondence promptly and efficiently
- Process and print invoices accurately
- Enter customer data into the system in a timely manner
- Provide clear and effective communication to resolve customer issues or concerns
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Required Experience & Skills:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly in English
- Previous experience in sales or client services is a plus
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation
- Ability to analyze customer information to provide tailored solutions
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
